Duduct balane without any call nd msg

Dear sir,

i have purchased a new number for 2n of may, nd next day 3rd may recharge of my new number for the amount of Rs/- 50..my recharge amt is 42.33 bt my some amount is deduct for some time and many of time... at the time my balance is 0.03 paisa nd i didn't any one of call and msgs... so plz tell whats the problem... nd i called the customer acre for artel bt they cant help me, nd asked me, plz wait some time... nd that time balance is around 24.50r, ..

i am used many phone numbers like reliance and trump also bt they had no problem like this..many peoples are asked me, that Airtel is one of the best service provider in india, bt i think they all r wrong.bcz i have sufferde of this major problem...

plz see for this matter and solve my problem as soon as possible...
