I've recharged to my GSM reliance number with RC 27 which was mentioned in the tariff plan that all local R2R calls@10ps/min and i got the confirmation sms too that all local R2R calls be charged @10ps/min.

But after the completion of the call, I've observed that the call has been costed 50ps/min. When i brought the complaint near to the reliance customer care they have said the first call will charged at 50ps/min and from the next call it will be charged as 20ps/min. The next day also I've faced the same problem and again when i spoke to the customer care, they simply said every day the first call be charged as 50/min and then 20ps/min. The customercare were saying that before getting any recharge we have to first call to the customer care and then have to get recharge. How far it's justice to say like tha!!! Then Y can't you give proper intimation to the customers? I want you to resolve my problem... and to be refund me the lost amount...
