Offered Non-exist Bill plan & have paid advanced

From two airtel Mobile No.'s i.e. 9892908083; 9867204138 i got call for offering new bill plan & they sent their person outside my office to collect my existing bill copy and Rs.500 advanced for processing which will be deducted from five monthly rental.

From above no. Manish had called up & said there is a new bill plan wherein i will get 200 local minutes & 200 local sms free per month.

After that 0.30ps/minute will be charged for local calls & sms.

And monthly rental will be Rs.99/- & for first five months i dont have to pay monthly rental as I've alread paid it in advanced.

Now these no's are not receiving my call. They told me the bill plan will automatically convert after my new bill date starts. That is 21st of every month. Some time they even pick up & act like a network problem & cut the call after 5-6seconds.

Sometimes they even abuse me with vulgar language.

When i called up for complaint on 198 for airtel complaint to customer care.

Customer care informed me they have not received any payment from me & there is no such plan exist.

I am sending attached copy of payment receipt where i have paid Rs.1000 (for my two mobile No's)
