Dear Sir/Madam,
I want to make complain about the scheme given and actual value provided on
easy charge with Rs 197, there 121 service giving information about this offer to get 1000 min local Airtel to Airtel talk time, but actually they are not giving that and making fool of there customer by giving only 800 min and saying 1000 Airtel to Airtel minutes has already been withdrawn with effect from 04/08/10 and doing like this they are double-crossing there customers.
And if a customer a customer attempt to complaint to there customer care they make him upset (by saying it will take 72 hour to resolve this and not do anything) that he will wearisome and get tired by doing this and stops.
Hope you will do listen our voice and do something on this.
