Prepaid -Non Credit of Recharge voucher amount

I own a prepaid mobile connection No 9971821800 with life time validity, I recharged it for Rs.200/-on 08/03 at 1:56PM with Trans ID 1752311800. To my utter surprise I have been given talk time of Rs. 1/- only. Kindly look into my complaint at your earliest and advise me the steps taken to rectify the error. Failing which I shall be compelled to take up the matter with appropriate authority for this unfair practice on your part.
