MY PREPAID AIRTEL MOBILE NO.9766331467 ON WHICH COMPANY DEBITED RS.30/- ON 31/07 & Rs.2/- PER DAY FROM 31/07. I CALLED TO CUSTOMER CARE ON 01/08 TO INQUIRED ABOUT DEBIT.AS PER THEM RS.30/- DEBITED TOWARD SONY COMEDY PACK ACTIVATED ON THIS NO.& RS.2/- PER DAY DEBITED TOWARDS MMS SERVICES.NEITHER I ACTIVATED ANY SERVICE ON MAY MOBILE NOR I REQUESTED TO THEM FOR ACTIVATION FOR ANY SERVICE ON MY MOBILE.AS PER DISCUSSION HELD WITH CUSTOMER CARE REPRSENTATIVE ON 198 THET TOLD THAT YOUR BALANCE WILL BE CREDITED WITHIN 1 HRS.BUT NO CREDIT RECEIVED WITHIN 24 HRS.AFTER THAT ON 02/08 ON 89.15 PM.I AGAIN CALL TO CUSTOMER CARE ON 198.AS PER DISCUSSION WITH THEM MY REFUND IS PENDING & WILL BE CREDITED AGAIN 1 HRS.BUT NO REFUND.AGIAN I CALL TO CUSTOMER CARE ON 198 ON 03/08 ON 8.40 AM. & THE CUSTOMER CARE REPRESENTATIVE SAID NO AMT WILL BE CREDITED TO YOUR A/C.
