No response regarding Bill of Tel. p. No. 08041245968

I had sent a request to The Chief Executive Bharti Airtel Ltd. [email protected] on 22/05. 7:17:54

The complaint is as follows:

No satisfactory response Bill Telephone No. 08041245968

We are regular customer of Bharti Airtel and recently changed our residence to Jyanagar 1st Block Bangalore 560011 and got connection of the Telephone No. 08041246968 in the month March/ April and was getting our bills regularly till the month of July/August later on bills was not issued without intimation and enquiring at airtel outlets we have paid the bills as follows

Rs. 997.00 -24/09/10 Rs.1028.00 - 18/10/10 Rs.1171.00 - 25/11/10

Rs. 1458.00- 11/01 Rs. 735.00 - 03/02 we were away ti Singapore from 18/12/10 to 10/01. In the month of March we planned to have IPTV connection and booked 11/03 paying the required fees and provideng the documents and IPTV services was provided by 16/03. on 17.03/11 some representative from airtel came to our residence to claim a balance of Rs.669.00, but we told we would pay at Jayanagar outlet. On enquiring at Jyanaga relationship centre told the balance of Rs.4272.00, we were astonished and paid Rs.4272.00 receipt No.05353899 and wanted to know about the details of bill andnobody could clarify. on 18/03 we lodged a complaint after repeated contact explaining the request of detailed bill complaint No.4426109. We had planned to go to Singapore on 18/03 till my return from Singapore 15/04 no details of the bill was given to me. While contacting over phone daily regarding bills I used to get message as " regret for the inconvenience" "Technical upgradation" etc etc.but I never received the detailed bill for payment of Rs.4272.00. When ever I contacted new persons will be attending and assuring but so far no satisfactory answer. on 16/05 I was given acomplaint No. 46429166. more than 10 persons have attended my calls but no proper detail. I made a complaint to Airtel [email protected] on 22/05 anfd gave aregisterd compalint No.46709576 and requested for time up to 27/05 but no answer but again contaction requested time up to 03/06. My request is consistent with reason logical or common sense. Airtel is abstaining to give the details.
