Dear respected sir .. i have purchased one airtel postpaid mobile connection (sim). i have paid 1000rs advance rental for one year. in starting i have paid all bills . after that in my mobile there is a problem arrived of call drop in bulandshahr there airtel had solved my problem. after that same problem faced by me in meerut .for that i had complaint many times but airtel not succeed in solving my problem. if i had to talk for some minutes than i had to call again n again. i have faced by this many problems and in my business i had lose by this problem . by being frustrated i changed my number without paying my bill. now the one employee of airtel is giving me threat. and he is saying he will see me and abusing wid me. today he came to my office without giving me any legal notice .and created a scene in a bad way.this incident have make my office atmosphere very out of the work . he had gave me mentally harassement. i am not in a condition to pay full amount of bill. so that i request to you to take right action. my airtel bill no. 9557090700 relationship no.10242777381
