Wrong Bill period 17-1 to 16-2

Company has wrongly charged me Usage of GPRS of 22059 amount Rs. 11029.50 when I am originaly covered under Plan o fBlackBerry Rs 899 Unlimited Usage of Internet, instant Messages etc. I lodged complaint on 17th January 25th January that Internate Sufing/Browsing is very poor and I can not make use of Internet. But instead of improving quality of Internate Browsing they changed by Plan to Rs. 499/- whic normaly not recommended to any customer. With the result the net usage has been bill for 22059 amount Rs 11029.50 When I have not used internet at all. Its Airtel has changed myh plan at own decision and they have been receiving my E-Mails.

This matter is to be looked into. When I have choosed Plan on Rs 899 originaly which is Unlimited why I should be chaged for Usage. Please note that I have not used Internet at all.

This matter is required to be checked. However I am sending the cheque of Rs. 3400/- Round figure for actual use of services (Rs. 3311.31) to Bharti Airtel Ltd.
