Dear sir, i have 2 postpaid mobile no 9894730245 and 9994065928. in 28th may i paid amt for both nos in single bill no:2441 at local agency named smiletel at hosur. they updated bill of 1st no and 2d no not updated. iam complaint several times to local agency and customer care. both are not concerned my request and they disconnet my mobile service of 2nd no on 17th sep. now they sent a legal notice to me reg unpaid payment. i am having my original bill. this is my 2nd complaint. already comp id was 194 dated 21/02. pl clear me where i solve this issue. thank u, venkat. hosur.
