I am Ravish Jaggi & My Airtel Landline no. is-011-45052724. Getting an Airtel Broadband connection was the biggest mistake of mine in my life till now& I really want to Thank you people for the excellent services provided to me. The real problem started when On 7th August, I opted for an IPTV connection.
On 14th August It got installed & on 16th August my Landline got disconnected & it took 5 days to get it repaired on 20th August. So I demanded a wave-off & got a Wave-off of Rs.459 regarding this.
And the Real Surprise come when on 4th of September, when Landline got cancelled without any confirmation either verbally or Written.
When I file a complaint having no.(37266370), they give me a date that by 11th September, my connection would be Re-activated.
But again on 11 Sptember, no action was taken & again I refiled a complaint having no.(37497102) on 11th September & was told that connection would get Re-activated by 20th Spetember 100%.
Again enquiring regularly & following-up on daily basis I got no help & on 18th September, I went to 224, Okhla office & met Mr. Joginder Kumar (a customer care officer) & he assured me that my Landline would start working by 22nd of August.
Later in the day I filed a complaint regarding that until my Landline doen t start working, please don t send me any bill having complaint no (37796682)
But Again Airtel services does a blunder & have send me a bill of Rs.1124 charging for whole of the month without activating my Landline no till now.
So I want to enquire if My landline is dead since 4th September, & I still have a wave-off of Rs.459 from the previous month pending, So How you have made a bill of Rs.1124.
No way I am going to pay this bill.
