Disconnection of Service

I am having an airtel prepaid no. 9589000526.

Yesterday, 26th june when i woke up, i culdnot make any calls, it was getting disconnected as i was making calls. and incoming calls was coming.

And today, when i went to customer relatioship center. they said your connection is 'Auto disconnected'. they were not able to give any reason for same and said nothing could happen.

Kindly help me, as i have a buisness going and my this number is distributed.
