Telephone Disconnection

Dear Sir,

After having suffered for more than 9 months It is time that we send you written complain for necessary compensation as the Telephone Mobile Service Provider (Airtel) has not been giving any bills since past 9 months.

Yet taking money without giving any bill for any arbitrary amount and have been always threatening that if we don't pay what ever they are asking they will disconnect the line.

On the other hand we as consumer have left with no choice but to pay what ever these people are asking for with always request that please send us the bills.

This marry go round has been happening since the month of Nov'10, on sending them written letter hand delivered they have send only for one month the bills of the phone and again resorted to the same age old technique of extorting money even with out giving any bills.

We are completely vexed with this approach and are completely kept in dark of the money that we are paying month after month to keep our line on without even knowing how much we have used our telephone for and under what heading that we have spend money.

In the bigning i manged with my accountants dept without giving bills and yet taking money out and giving it to Airtel since both the connection are in the name of my office but always i have been questioned for the bills against payments.

Since past few months as per the instruction of both my Auditor as well as Accounts people who have very clearly instructed me that payments will be disbursed only when we are becoming tougher in asking that we can only pay on receiving bills and not otherwise.

Since past three occasion they have started even disconnecting our connection and even the incoming is also barred which says (SIM CARD REGN FAILED) which is not acceptable at all since being a PLATINUM CUSTOMER for last more than 6 yrs.

This frequent disruption has caused huge losses to my business amounting to almost Rs 10 lacks on one occasion and Rs 5 Lack in other which i would like to get from Airtel for their misbehavior of continuously extorting money without even paying the bills.

Further again on the same basis i have paid interim payment after loosing the business so that i do not loose more business as there is no remedy with Airtel on the 12 the Aug'11 for both the above telephone.

Again since yesterday night again my phone is disconnected even after making payment (which is any way a very regular phenomenon) with Airtel and seeing this i went to my Bank today morning and made a stop payment of the Cheque which i have released thinking that they will begin my connection as well as send me the bills and regularize the whole matter.

But all went into vain again as there is a breach of trust by taking money and again disconnecting the line, and again loss of my business. Based on this i have taken a decision & i have stopped payment and also want the loss which i have incurred to be given to me come what may.

I am ready to take this matter to what ever level it wants and get the compensation and the punishments to Airtel by stopping them to ex trot money from any customer without giving them the bill.

Hope to have justice on this matter quickly.
