I have submitted my all documents with Airtel's prescribed form with complete detail as per their call in Sept. In Sept i receive same call for submission of documents. The message says that as per GOVT OF INDIA your documents are incomplete, kindly submit your documents to nearest branch at earliest to enjoy uninterrupted services. My concern is that when i have submitted all documents should i need to submit again? I also visit Airtel shoppee at S G Highway, but as per their executive we need to do this practice each year. As well i have two more cards in my names from other telecom operator non of them contact me or call me for any document submission. So that i request you to guide me.
