I am a customer of airtel mobile service from 2006 postpaid and 2011 onwards prepaid my number is 9896967777 and 989699777. i opted out of postpaid because of lack of customer care facility to post paid users after MNP scheme for prepaid users as most of CC was busy attending MNP calls.(As per CC executive airtel). Now i am getting a lot of flash messages which disturbs me a lot and even after every call and every message sent for which i requested airtel CC to stop those, in return CC asked me to stay online, after 3-4 minutes i was disconnected by the airtel and in return again i called airtel CC and this time they said there is no such provion to stop these flash messages after calls and messages for which i asked to connect me to some senior executive as in previous call i was not told this so i want to confirm to some senior CC executive, they again asked me to hold and be online but again after 3-4 minutes my call was disconnected and after that i was not able to call airtel CC as my number was blocked by the server for making 2 frequent calls to airtel CC...!!! thereafter i made severral calls to airtel CC from other number to unblock my number i.e.9896967777 but it was unbloked only after 4 days.
And i am considering for MNP now but my only request to airtel is to provide customer option to take or not to take the facility of flash messages after messages sent and call ended and most importantly the flash messages regarding offers and schemes. No doubet airtel is the brand with most numbers of complaint compared to any other mobile company.
