Activating Service without permission /instruction/permission

I am using an Airtel mobile no., on which company activated "All Friendz Chat" service without my permission. I just got an SMS, that your Airtel Friendz Chat service has veen renewed. Renewal Charges Rs. 30 for 30 days. Dial 543216 now to chat with new friends across India at Rs. 2/min Di (...).

Plz get this problem resolved at the eairliest.
