Hi,
i have been the airtel connection for last one year which is postpaid mobile connection & my mobile number is 9760014236. i had contacted last week to customer care to activate my national roaming services & that represtative assured me that it will activate within a day.
Now i am out of station for last one week & consistenly trying to contact the customer care but failed to do so. now i am not able to make call during roaming which actually dishearted my feeling about the Airtel services.
hope my problem will get resolved.
