Bharti Airtel/ prepaid service
Regarding deduction of balance against value added services that was never taken

My Prepaid Airtel No. is 9755927688, and I have the following complaint:

During the period from 26/04 to 17/05 ie. for 22 days I had received cricket scores in the form of SMS for which I have never subscribed nor gave any conformation for subscription.

Later on I came to know from customer-care executive that for this service a charge of Rs. 3.00 per day has been deducted from my account, which amounts to Rs. 66.00.

According to TRAI regulations service provider cannot subscribe any service unless the consumer gives his confirmation twice.

So, I request you to kindly do the needful.
