I had a SIM Card Of Reliance No :- 8081838389, This SIM Card gives an error SIM Card Registration Failed in any cell phone. I had already launge a complaint against this in reliance customer care centre. One of their customer care Representative suggest me to go to Reliance Web World Centre. I went to Sec 18 Reliance Web World Office NOIDA . Instead of giving my passport xerox as ID Proof and my snap as well, I dint get new SIM . He gave me written statement in which it is clearly mentioned only Reliance web world office located in Kanpur will provide me a new SIM against coroupted SIM. But it is very difficult for me to get leave from my office and go to Kanpur For get a new SIM and the coroption of SIM card is not my fault at all. So I need some feasible option to get a new SIM . I had this No Since last 3 years So I wont be able to receive plenty of my important calls.
