Dear Sir/Madam,
This is to report to you that there is some of Airtel recovery agency people calling and harassing me about the recovery of pending payment on 02040027771 connection.
Already, Mr. Huzefa (from your customer care Pune) has confirmed that this matter is already resolved based on billing error and adjusted towards my deposit, the connection is closed. He requested me not to entertain any other call from any agency in this regards.
But, some time this harassing agency people act as Police (On 24th June at 10:39AM called from 917737176172) or some time high court lawyer. This is something, I am taking very seriously and if not taken care by Airtel would force me to take this matter to consumer forum and file a harassment suit against Airtel.
Kindly act in this matter, otherwise, I will have to take my course of actions.
Hope you understand the seriousness of this matter and escalate this to senior level to really stop this kind of consumer harassment.
