I am sumanta roy, resident-kalna, burdwan, westbengal, pin-713409, i have a recharge on 21/06, 4.52p.m.(approximate) in my mobile no-9126338213 from paytm.com with amount rs.112/-(paytm.com give me a offer of 25% discount on that recharge, discount amount rs.38/-, total recharge amount rs.150/-), they should debit rs.112/- from my axis bank account but dont give me recharge amount rs.150/-(my debucting amount rs.112/- offer amount rs.38/-).i send them emails from the same day to till date of complaint, but they dont try to solve my problem, please inform them strictly to solve my problem otherwise refund my amount rs.112/- to my using bank account as early as possible.thanking you-sumanta roy, contact no-9126338213.
