Cell phone recharged, no outgoing call

I am suffering from reliance connection. I recharged my cell phone by Rs. 150 and Rs 85 (stv) on 18th may and rs. 25 on 19th may. After recharge when i called my friend (other company's subscriber) i received a massage that you have no sufficient balance please recharge your prepaid connection. Although i have above 400 rs. balance in my prepaid connection.
