My service as been discontinued four times over the past 12 months. Each of the time, I have gone to Reliance with my paperwork and my service has been restored. However, about two months later it is discontinued and I must go back with my documents and it is restored.
I am unhappy that I have to keep going back. This is a prepaid phone with card. My paperwork has always been accepted but the practice discontinuing service continues.
