Non-recharging of prepaid account

Today on 14-05 I've recharged my prepaid account with balance of rs.15 for out-going purpose between 2:15 pm to 2:30 pm. 15 mins. After recharging i again visited the place where i recharged it but sales person told me it will be recharged but its 4:24 pm now and i didn't get any message from company and my account is not recharged yet. This is quite disgusting and shameful for such a giant company. What should i do? Can anyone suggest me?
