Reliance Communications (Land Phone)
No actions taken even after complaint

I am using reliance land phone for more than five years. Due to the thunder and lightening on25th of april, our phone broke out. I complained to the kollam sector. After couple of days one of their faculties came and took away the phone. Now when i asked about the same they are responding vulgarly. As all my business dealings were through this phone now i am facing a loss of rs10000/- per day. Very poor service!
