WRONG INFORMATIONS BY CUSTOMER CARE EXICUTIVE

I AM USING RELIAMNCE MOBIL FROM LAST TWO YEARS. MY NUMBER IS POST PAID BILLING. WHEN I STARTED POSTPAID I WAS IN THE SCHEMPLAN OF RIO299.I READ ADVERTISMENT IN THE NEWS PAPER AND HODINGS ON THE ROAD SIDE ABOUT THE SCHEME OF RIM TO RIM FREE. I CALLED TO CUSTOMER CARE DEPARTMENT AND THE EXICUTIVE TOLD ME THE FULL SCHEM OF RIM TO RIM FREE. HE ALSO TOLD ME THAT 31ST OCTOBER IS THE LAST DATE FOR THIS SCHEME THEREFOR I REQUEST TO CHNAGED MY SCHEMPLAN FROM RIO 299 TO RIM TO RIM FREE SCHEM. I ALSO GOT THE SMS FROM THE RELIANCE ABOUT THE CHANGE OF THE SCHEM FROM RIO 299 TO SCHEM RIM TO RIM FREE. SO I TALK ON MY MOBILE TO ANOTHER RELINACE MOBIL UNLIMITED. NOW I GOT THE BILL WITH THE SCHEM WITH RIO 399 AND CHARGES ARE VERY HIGH IN THAT SCHEM. I ALSO LODGE MY COMPLAINT WITH THE CUSTOMER CARE DEPARTMENT ON 24.11.2007. MY COMPLAINT NO IS 59224887. I DONT THINK SO THAT REILIANCE COMUNICATION COMPANY GOING TO GAVE ANY WAIVER ON MY BILL. THE COMPANY IS ALWAYS WRIGHT AND COUSTOMER IS WRONG EVERY TIME.
