i am using reliance gsm connection. on dated 18.04.2011 company charged rs. 30 from my balance.when i contacted to customer care they said that i had requested about the service for which they charged the money at 10 a.m. on 18 april while i was not using it at that time. when i contacted again they said that they have no information about the time of request. but the fact is that i have requested for it never. now they are refusing to return my money and saying 'Do whatever you want'. as a common consumer i want to protect my consumer rights through you. please help me and take some actions regarding the matter. i shall be very thankful to you.
