After recived payment change Quality & not responce

Dear Sir / Madam,

I, shakeel Ahmed kindly bring to all voip user's Attention Company call (Binary dove Communication) contact person Mr. Jaymin Patil have recived payment $:500/- in advance as a promisseing to me providing white cli (VOIP) A class A call quality... after recived my payment what he provide me sample its not same Quality and not reaching calls at all times... when i make complaint to this person he told me I am Lier and cheater... his call qaulity is too good and he can provide what he can providing currently. other wise its my wish if i use his service or not, i told him i can not provide this type of calls to my valuble customer... plz refund my payment back by detucted $:100 for your service and refund me just $:400/-... after that he told me he cant refund go and do what ever u can do it... i will deactive your account and u cant use your money & u cant take it back...

Please consider this company as a cheater and making money in short term by making fraud & fooling customers showing one and provideing other...
