Wrong bill, wrong charges

I m very unhappy with reliance service, i have pay 500 on month of April my bill amount was 536.in month of may my bill amount was 829 i didn't pay and after that in June my bill amount was 2245 something like that, and i payed 1500.after that my outstanding amout was 750 something like that, but customer care executive telling me 500 rupees rejected, how can this possible if i pay online transaction is successful from my bank account, how can my payment rejected, when ever i tried to talk customer care executive told my we cant check your account due to technical updation, and they hung up my call many times one of agent ashok he was very rude on call and hand up the call, the are unable to transfer there call to seniors, the refused my to talk there A.M and TEAM LEADERS.what type of service provider reliance i m very unhappy with service...
