Blackberry Service Not Working

Dear Sir,

I have Activated my Airtel Blackberry Internet Service Plan of Rs.399.00 on 7th November. On 16th November i had purchased a Duplicate Airtel Sim because my old Sim was Damaged. I was told from the Airtel Showroom that my Sim Card and the Blackberry Internet Service will be Activated for the New Duplicate Sim within 10 Hours. The next day when I checked my Internet Service, it was not working. I then called up Airtel Customer Care in the morning. I was again told that in the next 4 Hours it will be Activated. But still till date it has not. Kindly look into this matter very seriously and rectify the same and Activate my Blackberry Internet Service. My Airtel Prepaid Mobile Number is 91 9840315545.
