Extension neede as bbm services was deactivated for 25 days

This is for no 9022156561 bbm service was deactivated for 25 days from 4th june to 29 june and i was given the assurity that i will be given an extension for 25 days but no confirmation msg received as yet and my acc is till tonite then plz dont deactivate my bb services as mine is a professional no n i hav fixed clientage
