My number is 9944911191.. I thought docomo is good & migrated to it from airtel.. Then i realised i did a big mistake.. Yesterday by 7pm i did online recharge of Rs.399 which they deducted from my account for BIS.. But till now its not activated.. I got tired of talking to general & technical customer care.. They both are asking me to call the other one.. Customer care in Tamil nadu circle is totally poor.. They don't give respect and understand our problem too.. What am i supposed to do now..?? Money loss, time loss... Tata Docomo totally waste.. I need a solution...
