This is to inform you that, I had given my 5 months old mobile on 14 january at Black Berry service center at Gurgaon due to complaint of not getting power on, blutooth connectivity and echo issue. It was checked on the same day for 45 mins, and they had not given any intimation and there was no liquid penetration in the set. But after 1 month with so many follow ups, they are giving me wrong reason of liquid penetration, It may happen with their service centre only.
I didnt receive any call from your service centre even after calling 3-4 time and more than one month which is not at all acceptable. I called them after 7 days, it was not ready, again I called after 3 days, they told me, it got rectified and in courier. They will call me after receiving the handset. But I didnt receive any call.
when I had gone to your service centre on 14 Feb, they were not able to show any reason and such image, which you are producing now. I was waiting there for 1 and half hour. your service engineer asked me to send the mail on this.
After my visit on 14th, and two mails on 19th & 23rd, you took 10 days to give me this picture image, where I am not sure about my phone damage part, and too with liquid damage.
There is no point of liquid damage in my mobile, It was working fine, but facing issues of echo and blue tooth connectivity since starting, my charger was left at outstation, so it was switched off for 4 days. After that, it didnt take the charging.
This is simple case of misshandling of my phone at your service centre, All these gaps in the communications also proove about the manufacturing fault or something else.
I request you to take necessary actions for taking the compensation from Black Berry Importer.
