Prepaid recharge

I have done two consecutive recharge of 98 and 110 both recharge sucessful message with transaction id got but the later one of 110 balance not credited in my account. I also complained to the customer care two times and having complaint no also but no body had done any thing since 12 june 11. please do the need ful to get the balance credited back in my account as soon as possible.
