Misuse of my number by Airtel to play games

I made a complaint to Airtel on 7th June (i called in april and may but they register as waive off without issuing any Uniqiue Registration Number) vide complaint no 37843246. Airtel has been charing me for Games Mania

which shockingly was never subscribed by me. I asked for subscription proof, who, when and how subscribed it and Airtel has no answer. Imagine they keep charging me Rs 5/- per game played at odd hrs. Which came as a shock to me as being a professional i only use Airtel services for phone (they're good for nothing else) they kept over charging me and kept sending me with inflated bills. on 7th june Airtel sent me an automated acknowledgement that they'll revert by 13th but till date, Airtel has never contacted me. Its me who's calling Airtel. I find Airtel services PATHETIC..AIRTEL really sucks. today i spoke to floor manager Mr Sanjay via Cust support person, who picked up my call after 4 er, when i told him the call i'm recording for my future reference, he immediately disconnected... so this is how AIRTEL works... oops not worth at all
