Eing charge Rs 5 every day for indian game subscription

I am being charged Rs 5 every day for indian game pack for my mobile 9664806367 which i had not activated i had also complained this to bpl loop mobile customer service people but they are also not able to help me they had sent deactivation messages but still i am charged for the same and customer care informed me that its a system issue and dont know what to do now
