Mispresention by customer care executive

On 17/2, with my friend we had call bpl customer care regarding new plan introduced i.e 1paise plan in 10 ka gang and customer care executive misspresent us that this plan has no daily rental. base this discpription we all had switch on to this plan after ward under this plan it has been started deducting daily rental of Rs.1

i request many time and

on 17/4... i talk with bpl senior authority amit master (detail of conversation docate no.doc-sr-170488098).as he being a senior exicutive neither taking my complait nor giving me procedure regarding my issue...

with me 3 other friends also suffer... and one of them got old plan back (gopal ashar 9773164760)... and repling us on this issue...
