Customer executive from Broad Win called me many times to convert my preapid reliance to post paid and committed that no local address proof is required as my home town address proof is sufficient for the same, Finally i agreed and a person named Rajat came from Broad Win and take 500 rupees and provide receipt (No.-1141) to me and committed the the connection will get convert into postpaid within 24 hours but till today neither the connection has got converted into postpaid nor i have received the refund and no one picks the phone now. What to do in such case. Please suggest & help.
