STOPPED 3G IN MALDA

DEAR SIR

I BOUGHT MY 3G BSNL SIM (9475566324) ON 18TH NOVEMBER FOR RS180. FOR 7 DAYS IT GAVE ME 3G SERVICES. AFTER THAT I AM NOT GETTING 3G SIGNAL AT ALL. IT HAS BEEN 7 DAYS NOW THEY STOPPED 3G SERVICES IN MALDA. IF IT WAS TECHNICAL FAULT THEY WOULD HAVE SORTED IT OUT WITHIN ONE DAY. BUT AFTER 7 DAYS OF PROBLEM THEY ARE NOT COOPERATING AT ALL. SEEMS LIKE THEY ENCOURAGE YOU TO BUY 3G SIM BUT DONT PROVIDE SERVICE AT ALL.

SO I THEREFORE REQUEST YOU TO LOOK INTO THAT MATTER AND SOLVE IT AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. I HAVE MY OLD GRANDPA IN UTTAR PRADESH. I BOUGHT THE 3G SIM AND MOBILE HANDSET FOR HIM TOO. BUT I CANT MAKE ANY VIDEO CALL. WHY SHOULD ANY BODY BUY BSNL 3G (3G IS MISSING) FOR RS180, WHERE YOU CAN GET ANY OTHER SIM ALMOST FREE.
