Irregular Time Table, Miss Management, Hawkers & Goods Related Problem

Sir, We are the daily passengers of Malda Town. We travel through many stations of the Northern region. But we have been suffering a lot. Many problems have made our daily life arduous. Hence we are compelled to keep some important demands to youwith a hope to be fulfilled.our demands are-

A. Whenever a down passenger (Local) train comes at Old Malda Station It takes a great span of time to get signal. We have a verbal information that there is a problem between E.R & N.F.Railway. It is their internal Problem. Why should we suffer for this? Pls. make an arrangement to give signal to all the down passengers trains as early as possible.

B.Some times the controller excuses us that there is a congestion in the plateforms at Malda Town Station. Then, Why don't insrease the no. of Plateforms in Malda Town Station?

C.In UP DMU Malda-CoochBehar or CoochBehar-Malda, The situation of Toilet like a morgue. The passengers of the train in a drastic situation. The Worker of Malda Town Station unable to maintain the train specially Malda-CoochBehar or CoochBehar-Malda. A few days before The Honble. Minister (Mukul Roy) suspended a few no. of workers for their irregular duity.

Pls. take an immediate action to make an eco-friend environment & also save our valuable time.
