Phone is dead for more than one month

Dear sir / madam,

I m regular land line customer of BSNL land line my no is 02715235061 and 02715235060. I m not interested in their service of making calls but we r interested in broad band and fax only because no other company is providing this facility in our town. Our phone line is dead for more than one month and after making lot of complains we have purchase BSNL wire less loop phone by giving another deposit but it is also not working properly for internate so we r tired by making more complains and we r making complin to u abot them to solve our problem
