Not satisfied with service

I bought Nokia N79 from hisar on Feb. 12 and after 2 months, there was a problem in its headset. I went to nokia care in Jind &they told that it will be changed. After 15 days, I went there and they changed only one part of my lead and said that both are changed but one of them was older one and that is why I am not satisfied with your service. One part of headset is black and the new one is white.
