BSNL
Without using GPRS cut main balance

Since last 10 days my outgoing is Stopped. and balance is deducted from main balance everyday. Now balance is 0.00.

i call in Customer care Since first day of this issue still i don't get any refund or not start my out going.

i have so many Complaint number from BSNL Customer care.

i have this BSNL Sim card since last For years.
