I AM A CONSUMER OF BSNL LANDLINE TELEPHONE NO 0361-2690225 UNDER NORTH GUWAHATI TELEPHONE EXCHANGE KAMRUP DISTRICT TELECOME CIRCLE

MY TELEPHONE CONNECTION FREQUENTLY DISTURBING LAST THREE MONTH

I HAVE ALREADY COMPLAIN SEVERAL TIMES FOR DOING BEST BUT THEY ALWAYS TRY TO AVOID OR IGNOR MY COMPLAINS. THEY COME TO REPAIR MY TELEPHONE LINE AFTER 4/5 DAYS AFTER MY COMPLAIN LAUNCH. THIS IS VERY UNFORTUNATE BECAUSE I HAVE PAY TELEPHONE BILLS COMPLETELY. I PERSONALLY THINK HOW BSNL RUN IF THIS TYPE OF SITUATION PREVAILS DUE TO THEIR EMPLOYEES

THERE FORE WANT A PERMANENT SOLUTION IN THIS REGARDS IMMEDIATELY.
