I am facing a noisy and fluctuating telephone line since over a month (July). Numerous complaints have been logged since then but no satisfactory action has been taken.
The last complaint (1000869341 dated Sep 06) is still pending and there is no response from them.
Currently the phone-line is completely dead since then.
I've tried a few numbers from the website (Grievance
Redressal: 07312702666, 07312707029), No one even picks up the phone.
It is a grief that even in such bad service they will charge us bills, even if I am not able to use the service. Other than this on delay the charge fine.
So, it is the consumer who bears every-time.
