Very weak signal coverage

Dear Sir,

I had submitted a grevience in the year the grevience code is DOTEL/E/03305.I had also given another complaint recently complaint no P/RC/UG/11/101498541 So far there is no change or better signal quality and no action is taken to improve the services, We are awaiting 3G services but Bsnl seems to be sleeping over it, I want to know why the indifference when ooty, kotagiri and coonoor seems to have got 3G, why Gudalur, Pandalur, Attikunna and Uppatty have not got 3G services so fa
