Sir,
I am facing very big problem from last one month & there is no satisfactory response from MTNL (Mahanagar Telephone Nigam Limited) deppt. It is very bad & poor service provide to me by MTNL.I have done so many complaints of my landline no.011-28351735 from last one month. So, I request to the head of MTNL pls look into the matter & suspend all those employee which are responsible for this very bad condition of MTNL.
Note :- If you don"t want to provide better service to me pls take off the connection & re-imburse my token me as early as popssible.
Pls give me confirmation letter whether you will provide me service or not.
