Amount deduction on incoming SMS service

From last 2 months charges are deducted directly on incoming SMS, or without making any call I got alert that 0.26 rupees are deducted. I call on 9420024365 replied as wrong number for customer care. Pl solve immediately otherwise I will file court case against BSNL.
