We Are facing problem form our land line/broadband Connection From last 2 Months Company replaced modem
2 times and line spliter at once
and replace main line cable at once still we are still facing same problem and our broadband network is fail minimum 10 times
we forwarder complaint on date 28/11 and technician come on date 19/11 at 1:00pm
then report us that line spliter is faulty and he told us to purchase this part from market but that before there is no advance notice are given us from AIRTEL that the modem/land line instrument and line spliter are chargeable from date 15/11 and they also not provide us any supplier name of this parts on chargeable basis also still we are facing problem in net connection and land line
