Servicing Issue

Dear Sir,

I bought a Nokia X6 Mobile phone which is in under warranty, there is some problem in which my phone is not get switched ON, and nokia customer care which is in Tambaram (Chennai) is not taking care of services, my mobile imei no is 354316043353764and invoice no is 4089.

i want to give a complaint about this nokia customer care, they just asking for money but my phone is in under warranty, please solve the issue as soon as possible otherwise warranty will be over.
